About Meraki

MERAKI ARTISAN is a specialty coffee micro-roaster, craft chocolate maker, and in-house bakery — born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in late 2015.

We believe that excellence lives in the small details, and that the finest products are made only when every detail is cared for. To create something truly exceptional, one must be meticulous — not sometimes, but always. This belief became our mantra, guiding every choice, every ingredient, and every hand-crafted product that carries our name.

We do almost everything ourselves, not because it’s easy, but because we know that we can do it better than anyone.
We bake every recipe from scratch.
We grind our direct-traded cacao nibs into silky chocolate and mold every bar by hand.
We churn our own Madagascan vanilla ice cream.
We source the finest and rarest green coffee beans and roast them with precision in small batches. even the water in our espresso machine is measured down to its mineral structure, GH and KH included. When we say meticulous, we mean in every step of the way.
